I’m Luca Redig De Campos, the founder of Nomad Detailing. After years of detailing my own vehicles as an enthusiast and working hard in the construction industry I found myself in the position where I was able to invest in a professional training course accredited by the IMI and secured further investment to start Nomad Detailing.
Training, Accreditation & Product Knowledge
In July of 2021 I had the pleasure of attending the only IMI accredited Detailing course in Europe hosted by Slims at their dedicated training facility in Coventry.
The Course covered all things detailing such as Pre Washing, The Two Bucket Method, avoiding Cross contamination, Paint Correction, Ceramic Coatings, Sealants and much more.
Many of these processes were already known and common practice for me from my time as an enthusiast but I’m always looking to further my skill set in a professional environment and will continue to do so through out my career.
As Slims Detailing are also a leading supplier in the industry I was able to bolster my already extensive knowledge of the most effective & safe products available in order to keep your vehicle in optimum condition. We are working on getting accredited with a ceramic coating company to access their “Professional Range” of ceramics only available to their vetted network but its a process, for now we are using their range available to the public, which are still outstanding products and should still be applied with great care.
